Subfloor is intended to be covered with padding and carpet or overlaid with finished flooring like tiles or finished hardwood. The other problem i see here is that you re in a mobile home with a particle board substrate in florida. I think layering felt paper is a better choice to avoid any issues with bonding to the particle board or perhaps structural movements that could weaken crack or otherwise compromise the integrity of cement based patch products. When you spread mortar on particle board it can absorb the liquid and swell popping some of the tiles. Click lvt assuming that s what you re talking about does not tolerate expansion and contraction very well nor does it tolerate direct sunlight which can heat the floor to pretty extreme temps in your area.

Gravity will help it settle into the low areas. The problem with tile is the mortar. Particle board doesn t hold nails well and the boards can start coming loose as the house breathes. Pour the liquid like floor leveler onto the subfloor and smooth it out with a trowel.
